Staff
The nursery practitioners are extremely important to the running of the nursery, as they are pivotal to the smooth day to day running of the children’s environment. We have qualified experienced nursery practitioners to NVQ111 in Childcare and Education, any staff that are not qualified are currently undergoing training. A qualified member of staff will be allocated to each operational room within the nursery.
All children are allocated a key–worker, key–workers are encouraged to build up relationships with the children and parents within their group. Having a key–worker system in place also ensures continuity for each child within the nursery.
Staff vacancies
We currently do not have any staff vacancies within the Nursery.

We also have a requirement to build up a pool of supply staff to cover absences and holidays, therefore if you feel this would also suit you then please contact Susie.
